Job description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the European customer service team in which you will be responsible for the Scandinavian countries, and you will be based in our Sales office in Karlslunde (DK). You are the point of contact for external customers (incl. key account handling) and internal departments, and you deliver a fast and reliable communication and order follow-up. You will answer all incoming calls and you will place orders in the ERP system (JD Edwards). You will advise our customers on the product range and open orders via telephone and e-mail. In addition, you will give administrative support to our sales force in Scandinavia. Any other responsibilities or tasks that are within your skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed. The business reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments in line with business requirements. You will be reporting to the local Team Leader.
