Ready to be a Titan? ServiceTitan is seeking an experienced analyst to join the People Insights & Analytics (PIA) team as we build the first end-to-end solution to transform the trades. This Senior Analyst of People Analytics role will serve as the operational backbone of PIA’s analytics platform, owning Visier administration, essential content development, data pipeline support, and systematic data validation. This role is critical for maintaining a clean, trustworthy, and scalable analytics environment that enables self-service insights across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with the PIA team and cross-functional partners in People Technology and Data Engineering, this person will ensure that our analytics products are reliable, well-organized, and built for the people who use them. What you'll do: Own Visier platform administration, including metric management, tagging, configuration cleanup, and content organization to maintain a clean and trustworthy analytics environment.
