Primary Function: Provide general health care to adult patients, including health maintenance, episodic/acute care, and chronic disease management. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide primary medical management for patients. Deliver patient care and patient education in the manner that is appropriate to patient's age, physical ability, educational level, and culture. Conduct health assessments and evaluate the needs of patients in the primary care clinic.
