Position Summary: OVG Hospitality Division has an immediate opening for a HACCP Supervisor at McCormick Place Convention Center. The HAACP Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining food safety programs to ensure compliance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards. This position is crucial in ensuring that food products are safe for consumption and that OVG-Hospitality complies with all relevant food safety regulations; by effectively managing HACCP systems while helping to protect public health and maintain the integrity of food production.
