Project Manager- Design & Construction

Job description

Manage the design, engineering and construction process of new buildings or alteration of existing structures for Opry Entertainment Group (OEG). Organize and process correspondence with third-party consultants and sub or prime contracting parties. Support the Design & Construction leadership in managing schedules, consultants and work quality, including assuring compliance with specifications and company standards. As corporate liaison, support and guide venue maintenance leaders and operators on maintenance, repair, and capital improvement project needs in existing venues. Reports to VP of Design & Construction. - Establish and maintain good working relationships with all consultants, vendors, and onsite operations team members. Interface with interdepartmental leadership and internal operational departments to properly coordinate each project's design and construction process.
