This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional on-site service, managing inventory systems, and ensuring our customer receives the highest level of support. You'll be joining a small team of other customer focused representatives as a go-to resource at the customer's facility - handling everything from replenishing vending machines and processing orders to troubleshooting issues, filling carts, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This position requires front-line analysis and resolution where appropriate, calling on and utilizing all available Stellar resources as needed. Janicki Industries is an engineering and manufacturing company that specializes in designing and manufacturing high precision prototypes, tools, and production parts.
