Description Position Title: Logistics Supervisor: Department: Supply Chain: Location: Santa Ana, CA: FLSA Status: Exempt, Full- Time: Job Summary: The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Stockroom, Shipping, and Receiving departments. This role ensures the accurate and timely movement of materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility while maintaining compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The Logistics Supervisor leads and develops a team of leads and associates, driving operational efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all three functions. Given the classified nature of certain programs supported by the facility, the Logistics Supervisor also oversees the secure handling, transmission, and receipt of classified shipments in coordination with the Facility Security Officer (FSO), in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM, 32 CFR Part 117) and the applicable DD Form 254.
