The Property Management Accountant is responsible for providing bookkeeping and accounting services to franchise owners. This position is responsible for maintaining accounting best practices for assigned franchises. Incumbents are expected to build trust and maintain open communications with their assigned franchises. · Analyze financial information detailing income, expenses, assets, and liabilities and prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position. · Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions. · Operate as th...
