Contributes to the Hospital’s mission to care, heal and to excel in service to our community by independently performing Computerized Tomography (CT) examinations meeting ACR imaging standards and maintaining safety standards using state-of-the-art CT scanners, power injectors, PACS, and other related medical imaging equipment. This professional technologist position will have an impact on quality, safety and patient experience. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Required: Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology Preferred: Advance education in CAT scan technology Experience: Required: One year diagnostic technology Preferred: One year of CT: Other Skills/Knowledge: Required: For safety and quality reasons, must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English with patients, visitors and fellow members of the hospital team Required: LIFE SUPPORT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Basic Life Support POPULATION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: Neonates, Infants, Children, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics - ARRT registered in Radiology and CT - Massachusetts State license...
