IO Interactive is looking for a talented Lead Technical Producer to join our Backbone team , the core programming team that powers our ambitious game projects. We are currently working on Project 007 , a brand-new James Bond video game featuring an original Bond story, and Project Fantasy , a groundbreaking online fantasy RPG for console and PC. Both projects are built on Glacier , our state-of-the-art proprietary game engine. As a Lead Technical Producer , you will oversee a team of producers, each responsible for leading cross-disciplinary teams alongside a Technical Lead and a Product Owner. You will drive production strategy and execution for technical initiatives, ensuring smooth workflows, aligned priorities, and successful project delivery. Working closely with the Executive Technical Producer , Technical Director , and Product Manager , you will play a key role in balancing scope, quality, and efficiency across multiple teams while optimizing production processes and risk management strategies.
