PARENTING FACILITATOR - Location: Carnarvon - Fixed Term Part-Time until 30 June 2028 - 40 hours / fortnight - Flexibility with days, however a Monday is required About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Parenting Facilitator to join the PCWA Gascoyne team on a fixed term part-time basis, working 20 hours per week. Reporting to the Midwest PCWA Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering educational programs for parents, facilitating opportunities for parents to connect with other parents and services, whilst developing positive networks to support the parenting journey. Duties: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Develop strong relationships with parents and key stakeholders to ensure the service is led by local parenting needs. - Deliver education programs or sessions for parents to develop effective parenting skills and confidence to meet the needs of their children and to develop supportive and nurturing relationships with their children. - Facilitate opportunities for parents to connect and interact with other parents to develop positive networks that support their parenting journey. - Assist parents to access other services to meet their fa...
