Position Summary: This role functions as a senior operational partner to the EVP & General Counsel & Corporate Secretary (GC), exercising independent judgment to manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, oversee departmental operations, and support executive decision-making. The position is responsible for developing and implementing administrative and financial processes that enable the Legal Department to operate efficiently and in alignment with enterprise objectives, acting as a force multiplier for the GC and Legal leadership team.
