OVERVIEW: The Regional Engineering Manager will join the Water/Wastewater team in Dallas or San Antonio, Texas. McKim and Creed has an impressive array of water and wastewater projects across Texas and this role will continue to build on our solid foundation of success. DURING YOUR WORK DAY, YOU WILL: - Grow and develop client relationships in Texas with a primary focus on the municipal water, wastewater and water resources market. Win and grow new business. - Staff recruiting, retention, and management. - Maintain profitable operations, expand current revenue, and meet revenue growth goals. - Manage project team members and other production staff members. - Manage projects and provide technical guidance as needed.
