Job Description Fugro is launching a Defense and U.S. government contracting business and is seeking a Financial Controller to build and manage compliant, audit‑ready financial operations. The FGI Finance Controller will partner with Program and Functional leaders to support disciplined growth while leading project accounting, indirect rate management, internal control systems (ICS), and export‑control recordkeeping, and overseeing all core accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and month‑end/year‑end close processes. This role requires strong government contracting experience, deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS/CAS requirements, and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) audit readiness. This role will report directly to the Senior Management Official – Defense. Fugro will not provide work authorization and/or sponsorship for this job opportunity.
