In this role, you'll: Review, process, and action all SBR and data requests in line with approved governance frameworks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness. Identify and escalate unresolved issues or risks to the Senior Systems & Assurance Specialist to support timely resolution and mitigation. Work closely with IT teams and Service Owners to coordinate the approval and implementation of SBR and data requests, ensuring adherence to governance and security requirements. Facilitate SBR and data audits, health checks, and compliance reviews to assess adherence to governance frameworks and organisational policies.
