Job Description: Bristow requires a highly motivated, proactive, and experienced corporate attorney to oversee the Legal Corporate function for the Americas region, with additional overlapping responsibilities for international jurisdictions. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) requirements, managing corporate governance for numerous subsidiaries, and driving high-stakes financing transactions/debt facilities. A strategic thinker who can balance legal risk with business objectives, the role will manage a paralegal, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.
