Job Summary: Responsible for a team of business-to-business outbound telesales representatives focused on retaining, expanding, and growing legacy small-to-medium business customers. Directs representatives on upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and up-market solution adoption for the existing SMB customer base through telephone-based, solution-driven sales engagements.
