Male Community Support Worker

Are you passionate about supporting others? Come and join our friendly team! We currently have a Community Support Worker role available in Warrington. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week with the salary of £24,672.38 per annum. This role is open to male applicants only due to the needs of the Members you will support. You'll also need to be a driver with your own car. What you’ll do: You’ll work with local people to build their skills, local connections and friendships. You’ll make sure that the people you work with (Members) are doing as much as they can for themselves, that they are looking after themselves and that they have a life that is bigger than social care support. You’ll feel inspired and help inspire people. You’ll encourage them to try new things and have new experiences. You’ll reassure but you won’t take over. Every Member you support is unique, and every day will be different. Your role will be out and about.
