The Production Operator - Blender is responsible for conducting paint drawdowns, preparing, and blending customer orders to meet their specifications, documenting work orders and formulas, and maintaining all color-matching and mixing equipment. - Location : 26596 Gloucester Way, Suite. 103, Langley, BC V4W 4A8 - Schedule : Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm - Compensation : $23.73 - $30.84 hourly - Prepare customer orders, including blending, adjusting, filling, and labeling batches - Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner - Make shade and gloss adjustments to meet customer requirements - Ensure customers’ quality and service expectations are met - Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high - Keep tools, equipment, and work environment clean and organized daily - Maintain production records and reporting as required - Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers - Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security - Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least e...
