Description MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for apartment Maintenance Technicians to fill immediate openings that will service multiple apartment communities in the Clifton Park Area (daily travel stipend provided). The qualified candidate will have at least two years of related experience, including assessing and making repairs from work orders, apartment turnovers, painting, cleaning, maintaining property grounds, and snow removal. Critical components of this position are the ability to work on-call, execute high-quality work with attention to detail, and a genuine interest in serving the client, residents, and fellow employees. This position will service five properties located within 20 miles of Clifton Park.
