The Food and Beverage supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage service areas, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and organization. This role involves leading and coordinating the staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the food and beverage operations.
