Power Systems Engineer II – Generator/Plant Testing & Compliance

Overview We are designing the grid of the future! We are seeking a Power Systems Engineer to join our team supporting power plant testing, commissioning, and compliance verification for generation facilities across North America. In this role, you will lead and support remote and on-site generator compliance testing for renewable and conventional generation assets , ensuring facilities meet applicable NERC and ISO requirements . You will coordinate with on-site teams, guide testing procedures in real time, and analyze test results to validate proper plant and controller performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on specialized generator compliance testing , including ISO (ERCOT, SPP, PJM, etc) and NERC (MOD-025, MOD-026, and MOD-027) testing, while collaborating with plant operators, engineers, and equipment vendors to support reliable grid operations.
