Description In this role, you will work with children, adolescents, and families as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide mental health services for insured and uninsured. You will collaborate with children/adolescents and their families to develop and adapt individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and evolving needs. You will provide direct therapeutic services utilizing evidence-based treatment practices and client-centered service delivery methods to Heritage Health clients and maintain appropriate documentation.
