As we scale toward $100m+ annual revenue, one of the key constraints in the business is ensuring we have the right products, in the right place, at the right time — without overstocking or understocking. It requires structured thinking, strong judgement, and the ability to operate in an environment where systems, data, and execution are not always perfect.
