This position will be responsible for implementing industry leading preventive, predictive, and urgent repair strategies, and processes to increase overall equipment reliability. A successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of manufacturing equipment, and experience developing and leading, multi-shift maintenance teams.
