EO Imagery Scientist The Opportunity: Leverage advanced and spe cia lized physics research expertise to test and analyze physical pheno mena , c ond uct and shape R & D programs, and support S & T client challenges. Apply advanced consult ing skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge . Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members. You Have: - 15+ years of experience in EO, remote sensing, image processing, or image science - 4+ years of experience as an EO expert - Experience exploiting the electromagnetic spectrum, including electro-optical, to determine the occurrence and location of objects of interest - Experience developing, testing, and evaluating new algorithms, processes, met hodologies, and products using EO imagery, including utilizing advanced processing tools such as Python, MATLAB, and Google Earth Engine, to automate scientific processes of EO imagery data to aid analysis - Experience communicating with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences on the availability and capabilities of EO imagery products, met hodologies, procedures, and algorithms...
