JOB DESCRIPTION: ` - Understand project and contract specifications, provide technical support in commercial discussion involving variation order, scope and responsibility, cost dispute, etc, with various project stake holders. - Define scope split matrix for Topside/Hull engineering sub-contractors. - Responsible for planning and execution of relevant engineering work schedule in line with the construction schedule provided by project planner. - Review and comment engineering schedule and planned activities proposed by engineering sub-contractors. - Review Instrumentation & Control documents, such as design philosophies, control narratives, ICSS network architecture, I/O list, instrument index, cause & effect matrix, instrument datasheets, intrinsically safe loop calculation, SIL verification, instrument/control room layout, deck arrangement, cable schedule, etc. Ensure the designs are following requirements of contract, classification and local authority regulations. and monitor the progress. - Monitor the progress of drawing schedule and planned I&C engineering design activities are in line with overall project execution plan. - Review and ensure equipment layout in compliance w...
