As the 3-Week Quatros Coordinator , you will lead and implement the 3-Week Quatros Program, guiding young adults through immersive leadership training, wilderness canoe trips, and experiential learning opportunities. You will oversee program design, facilitate skill-building activities, mentor participants, and ensure high-quality, safe, and engaging leadership programming.
