Productivity Partners has an outstanding opportunity for an Account Manager who will partner with clients across Western PA/Eastern OH to expand access to impactful non-clinical services—EAP Services, Professional Training, Leadership Coaching, and Organizational Consulting. What You’ll Do: Account Strategy & Growth Planning: - Develop and execute growth strategies for assigned accounts to increase revenue and expand services. - Drive service line expansion within key client segments (e.g., schools, manufacturing, social service agencies, healthcare agencies, hospitals, service industries, unions). - Support growth into new markets (e.g., Central OH, Central PA, Eastern PA, Northern WV). - Maintain a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and relevant industry trends. - Build and run an ongoing marketing strategy for your assigned territory.
