The Team: The objective of this role is to be a key trading function within the Merchandising team to maximise commercial opportunities on your product areas throughout all locations and channels. Drive sales through improved availability and knowledgeable geographical distribution through the effective management of stock intake and levels, and inter-branch transfers to maximise profit. Nurture and coach Merchandise Assistants on your team to aid their development. Interact with other internal teams to improve performance and drive best practices.
