Job Description Summary Leads our progress towards GEV Target Condition of “Right first-time, no backwards flow”. Sets priorities and drives the execution of Quality and Lean continuous improvement roadmap across Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order to Remittance (OTR) Value Streams for Gas Power Services business-line globally, focused on building process capability and driving process time improvements. Develops the plan and leads the implementation of Zero Defect Framework and Services Built-In-Quality concepts into ITR processes, partnering with process owners within TX & MYA Business Lines, One Field Services and Upgrades functions to ensure projects are prioritized, resourced, and sustained. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: - Eliminate process variability, reduce re-work related non-value added (NVA) hours and improve process time by ensuring that every step of the ITR process is capable of producing 100% yield. - Standardize the use of core Quality & Lean tools in transactional and field environments, including PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Control Plans, and Poka-Yoke (Mistake Proofing). - Facilitate Kaizen events specifically focused on process...
