Description The Program Analyst provides critical financial and program management analysis support for large-scale Civil Works inland navigation mega projects within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District. This role directly supports Government Project Managers by analyzing project financial performance, managing funding execution, and delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making. The Program Analyst plays a central role in ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget by monitoring financial activity, preparing reports, and coordinating with stakeholders across multiple functional areas.
