Description GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Leasing Consultant in Fresno, CA , come join our dynamic property management team! In this role, you will handle all day-to-day leasing and marketing activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. You will deliver exceptional service to prospects, residents, and clients while supporting the community’s goal of maintaining budgeted occupancy at the highest achievable rents. The schedule for this position is Tuesday-Saturdays, with hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM during the winter and 9:00 AM–6:00 PM during the summer for a total of 40 hours per week. The pay for this role is $18.00-19.00 per hour. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate and support the Manager and Regional Manager as needed - Interact with prospects and residents to achieve maximum occupancy - Manage leasing traffic, conduct tours, lease units, qualify prospects, and complete follow-ups - Prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork and procedures - Maintain databases and ensure tour routes, amenities, and show units meet company standards - Provide exceptional customer service to new and current residents - Assist with keeping marketing documen...
