Business Analyst II

Job description

Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is seeking a senior business analyst with advanced expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and the development team, to understand critical business requirements and project prioritization for Agile delivery execution. As part of the development team, you will plan and produce solutions utilizing Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and custom development that meet the needs of organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize the value of the development team by partnering with stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and document functional and technical user stories end-to-end - Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs to define effective implementation plans - Collaborate with the development team to produce complex and high value solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse - Lead and participate in Scrum events (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Steering Committee, Release Retro...
