Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club Horticulture 2: The Horticulture Department requires team-oriented members that are quality driven and detail oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn all aspects of the horticulture world and how it works here at Golden Ocala. Additionally, we require a strong work ethic, both as a team and individually. The ability to communicate well with others and to take direction are a must. Mutual respect between team members is essential in developing a strong program. The Horticulture team works 40 hours per week with occasional Saturday assignments based upon club requirements.
