Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Radiology Patient Care Assistant to join our Radiology team! Position Summary: Park Nicollet Radiology team member’s partner with providers to ensure that each patient has a safe, caring experience. Patient Care Assistants (PCA) will utilize a broad base of skills in basic patient care, to assist patients with preparation for exam, during and/or after exam. PCA will establish positive rapport with patients, explaining what they should expect during each step of care. All interactions will be handled in a professional, caring, courteous and safe manner to ensure quality care. PCA will communicate with all other radiology team members to assure positive transitions in care. PCA may assist the technologist or radiologist in the performance of basic patient care.
