In this role, you’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, EMS, and clinical experts to design and lead realistic simulation experiences that strengthen clinical skills, teamwork, and decision‑making—before care reaches the bedside. You’ll work directly with human patient simulators, task trainers, and debriefing tools , turning real clinical challenges into powerful learning moments.
