Benchmark at Rye is thrilled to be bringing 70 new Assisted Living apartments to our award winning memory care community on the Seacaost and is looking for NH Licensed MNA/Medication Nursing Assistants to join our team! As a MNA , your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. Full time Days 6a-2p or Evenings: 2pm to 10pm $25-26.25/HR: You must have a NH MNA license. Responsibilities: - Communicates questions, concerns, and/or discrepancies related to medication administration to the Resident Care Director (RCD). - Communicates any significant change of mental or physical status of resident to RCD. - Documents supervision of self-administration in MAR. - Documents/ notifies RCD of administration of prn meds. - Responsible for documentation on prn meds and affect. - Recognizes and can assist in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
