The Opportunity: The Global Environmental Director (Environmental EHS Compliance) is responsible for leading the strategic development, implementation, and governance of global environmental compliance & performance programs across all business units. This role ensures alignment with international environmental regulations, drives sustainability integration, and mitigates environmental risks through proactive leadership and oversight. The incumbent will champion environmental stewardship, regulatory strategy, and continuous improvement in environmental performance across global operations. The Role: Lead the global environmental compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to international regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 14001, local environmental laws). Develop and implement environmental risk mitigation frameworks across all capital projects and operational activities. Oversee global environmental audit programs, compliance monitoring systems, and corrective action processes.
