iCapital is seeking an Associate People Partner to help support our continued expansion across the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of large-scale growth objectives as we expand the company’s workforce in EMEA and further enhance our global HR function. The successful candidate will serve as one of the first points of contact in EMEA throughout employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, employee experience and engagement, employee relations and total rewards. This role will seek to deliver an exceptional employee experience and will be a trusted partner to our stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating globally, passionate about HR, and able to navigate through ambiguity while aligning HR processes with business objectives. The ideal candidate is empathic and people‑oriented and excels at building strong relationships .
