Description Atlantic Federal Credit Union is seeking a strategic, people-focused Director of Loan Operations to lead and oversee all loan operations functions, including Loan Processing, Underwriting, Loan Servicing, and Member Solutions. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless, compliant, and member-focused lending experience from application through payoff or resolution. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Director of Loan Operations works closely with Lending, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and IT to align loan operations with Atlantic’s organizational strategy, portfolio objectives, regulatory requirements, and service standards. This position balances strategic planning with hands-on leadership and accountability for results, performance, and service excellence.
