The Village Companies – Shared Services The Shared Services teams support all companies across The Village organization by providing essential business functions including HR, Finance, IT, Maintenance, and Finished Goods Warehouse operations. Serving as the backbone of the organization, these teams partner closely with every division to streamline processes, enhance communication, and help each business succeed. Shared Services plays a critical role in keeping everything running smoothly while driving continuous improvement across the entire Village.
