What You’ll Do: Visit assigned customers and prospect for new business through cold calling. Maintain daily CRM records to document account activity. Coordinate tire orders and ensure timely deliveries—including occasional customer drop-offs. Communicate customer orders to the warehouse, confirming stock status and delivery expectations. Obtain manager approval for special orders and pricing. Conduct fleet surveys and support service shop coordination. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
