Job Overview: The Dealer Manager is a strategic, high impact role responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with all Raymond and Toyota Material Handling (TMH) dealers. The Dealer Manager will operate at the intersection of multiple organizations within Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO), driving alignment, influencing outcomes, and leading automation opportunities. Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) is the parent company for TMHNA, which includes Raymond and Toyota Material Handling. This role requires an executive presence, the ability to navigate politically complex environments, and a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes. The Dealer Manager will act as both a trusted advisor and a challenger, surfacing difficult issues, and advancing strategic growth across the dealer network.
