Quality Management Senior Manager – Action Effectiveness

Job Summary: The Senior Manager – Action Effectiveness is focused on the firm’s continuous improvement initiative and audit quality objectives. This role analyzes inspection results and other quality-related findings connected to the firm’s system of quality management, identifies themes and systemic issues, and collaborates with firm leadership to develop and evaluate remedial actions. The position supports initiatives across Root Cause, Strategic Action Team, System of Quality Management, and Principal Quality Ratings Management and Data Requests. This role expands national firm exposure, strengthens leadership capabilities, and contributes practice-based insight to improve audit quality, firm processes, and stakeholder communication.
