Job Description OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to help build brand awareness and develop compelling collateral that supports organizational goals. The ideal candidate will exemplify the companies’ unifying four core values (Integrity, Uniqueness, Enjoyment, and Ever Forward). The Marketing Specialist is expected to collaborate with and coordinate the execution of marketing content and will develop sales materials associated with projects, including but not limited to qualifications packages, boilerplate materials, and Presentations. Additional efforts will include developing project information pages, maintaining the CRM system, managing townhalls, making sure all materials align with company-wide branding and templates will be essential, as well as a proven ability to build effective relationships within and across teams.
