What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead daily aggregate production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. - Coordinate and guide team members to meet production goals and quality standards. - Monitor equipment performance and support timely maintenance and repair activities. - Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. - Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and team accountability.
