Job DetailsJob Location: Arizona Rehab Campus - Tucson - Tucson, AZ 85715DESCRIPTION: The Medical Assistant supports medical providers and nursing staff in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant healthcare services to clients. This role assists with basic clinical duties, documentation, vital signs, and coordination of care to ensure clients receive timely and appropriate services in accordance with Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), Joint Commission standards, and organizational policies. Medical Assistants help maintain accurate medical records, assist with patient flow, and support providers in delivering quality care within ARC’s detox, residential, and outpatient treatment programs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical Support: Obtain and document vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, oxygen saturation, height, and weight. Assist providers and nursing staff with medical appointments, exams, and procedures as directed. Prepare exam rooms and ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available.
