Senior Product Owner – Government Schemes (Help to Buy) Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, serving more than 10 million personal and small business customers. Within RBS, the Home Buying domain is responsible for delivering commercially sustainable home lending outcomes while maintaining high standards of customer experience, product integrity and regulatory compliance. Supporting ongoing growth in Government Schemes, we have a Senior Product Owner opportunity within the Channel Engagement and Specialty Product Crew, focused on shared equity schemes, primarily Help to Buy. This role is suited to an experienced product person with strong strategic judgement, autonomy and influence, requiring clear roadmap ownership and disciplined execution in a highly regulated, policy-driven environment. The team holds end-to-end accountability for the Help to Buy customer and operational experience, spanning product strategy, process design, automation, governance and performance.
