Company Overview Joby Flight Research designs, develops, and flight-tests novel aircraft using a software-first autonomy approach. We build and deploy autonomy, perception, planning, and radar systems across conventional, electric, and hydrogen-electric aircraft in both CTOL and VTOL configurations. Overview: The Flight Research group at Joby works on advanced research projects: designing, building, and flying entirely new aircraft with novel airframe configurations, propulsion systems, and missions. To further enhance our capabilities, we require a versatile individual who can contribute in multiple areas. As a small, agile, and cohesive team, we value candidates who exhibit initiative, adaptability, and the capacity to handle a broad range of tasks to sustain the program's momentum.
